I got this as a gift for someone so I cannot comment about the recipe taste quality. I can tell you a few things: the quality of the food photos is good, the instructions seemed to be organized and precise, the recipe selections were varied and well organized. The one thing I think that might surprise you is the actual physical size of the book, not in pages but cover size. Be sure to look at the dimensions in the description. You'll find that it's half the size you might expect it to be if you didn't query. I'd say it's about half the size of a large hardback cookbook. I wish I could tell you the number of pages and or better yet, the number of recipes. I might even break it down further too, if I had the book. For example, the number of recipes that are: chicken, steak, breakfast, lunch, appetizers, panini's, desserts, etc., etc. I think it would be nice to know these things. I know I had a hard time trying to decide which cookbook to buy. I bought a Cuisinart Panini & Waffle Grill to go along with this cookbook. I didn't buy a regular Panini cookbook because this grill can do more than just Panini's, ex., eggs and sausage, waffles, strawberry crepes, steak and yes, panini's. And that's just a short list of its cooking capabilities. It's like a George Foreman grill, panini grill, electric waffle maker & a pancake griddle all wrapped up in one! And the plates come out for the dishwasher! It's awesome! So I was looking for a cookbook with a little bit of it all. It seemed this cookbook would do just that from my very quick perusal. I'm hoping the newlyweds find this to be the case. If someone reads this review then buys the book, I hope you'll take the time to perhaps list some of those specific details about the content that I discussed above. I think it would be really great for other customers trying to decide between cookbooks.In summary, I liked what I saw. Don't let the size stop you from purchasing because you still get everything from the cookbook that you need, it's just in a little more compact size. Besides, good things come in small packages and it saves space. ;) I would buy again for another gift or for myself.If you're looking for a cool wedding gift this was a good one. Great for a group buy, as well. Along with the cookbook and grilI, I added the grill cleaning brush and a pair of soup bowl and plate sets. My personal touch was a recipe card with a grilled sandwich/panini recipe.

I was surprised at the small dimensions of this lovely little cookbook (just under 7" x 7"), though it is a full 260 pages, including some full-page, enticing photos. The contents are very well organized, and it is well indexed. I began by studying the "Sauces, Rubs & Marinades", which was full of temptations. Then I discovered, as I leafed through the remainder of the book, that there are actually at least two dozen additional marinades, sauces, etc. given with various recipes, and clearly marked as such. Many could be used with other recipes or favorite cuts of meat and vegetables. There are many "Tips for Great Grilling" in the introductory section, as well as spread throughout the recipes. All in all, a very user-friendly little book. And the publisher is to be commended on the excellent paper quality and binding. It easily lays flat on the counter and is the perfect size after all!

So far I have tried only onerecipe and it came outto being very good!Worth buying!!

This book arrived on schedule and is in excellent condition. Lots of illustrated photos along with tips. Looking forward to trying some of these fabulous recipes.

This cookbook has many really good recipes. Simple to prepare, Including desserts like grilled peached..who needs to dirty alot of pans? Just grill and you are good to go. I recommend this book for its' simplicity as well as its many delicious recipes.

This is one of the greatest cookbooks every written. All the recipes looks to be very delicious and easy to cook. It contains a recipe for everything that I ever wanted to cook on my electric grill. It has so many recipes that I want to try, that makes it hard to decide what to try first. The book is divided into chapters - Introduction to Indoor Grilling - Cooking Time Charts - Suggested Menus - Sauces, Rubs, and marinades - Poultry - Beef - Pork and Lamb -Seafood - Vegetables and Vegetable Recipes - Side Dishes and Accompaniments - and Desserts. It is composed of 260 pages including the index. The ingredients are simple and easy to find. I have hundreds of cookbooks, but this one has outranked them all as being my favorite. I would give this book a 10 Star if possible.

There are great photos and recipes in the book. The instructions for using a Grill are clear and concise. If you are just starting out, buy this book.
